0-3 and 3-6 MACTE Certified Montessori Lead Guide

My name is Eileen (Aylin) and I am a native-English speaking Montessori guide based in Istanbul, Turkey. I was born in the United States to Turkish parents and have been living in Istanbul since 2010. I also speak Turkish and Spanish.

After working in the interior design and architecture fields for 15 years, I turned to Montessori following the birth of our daughter in 2016 and have since received IMC MACTE certification in the Montessori pedagogy.

I bring a love of the outdoors, a deep respect for young children and a passion for the Montessori philosophy to my home and the classroom. As a parent to a young child, sharing the Montessori philosophy and approach with other families and helping them to bring Montessori into their homes brings me the greatest joy.
